   removing a tube from a road tire HURTS! I definitely suggest using tire levers no matter what.

    you need to remove …
    you need to remove your wheel put it back in the dropouts more centered or maybe even have the brake caliper readjusted. that’s what i had to do with mine, it was off center a little and it kept rubbing.
