Old Brochures that you really want!

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet.

How hard is the transition from bus driver to tractor trailer driver?

Posted by: admin | Posted in: Uncategorized

I don’t want to waste my money at a school and the company training is a joke. The bus company offered to train me to get my CDL B and drive bus for them. So I figured I would do some time driving bus and then move up to the big leagues lol sort to say. So how hard is the transition from bus driver to tractor trailer driver?

Actually not that hard. Bus drivers require a passenger endorsement. Tractor trailer drivers do not.

Driving a straight truck (or bus) is a little different than driving a combination vehicle. If you wish to pursue that. Find some use for a personal trailer, (jet ski, boat, camper) and get used to backing it. It will make future backing of a 48 or 53 foot long trailer much easier.

For the below poster. Backing a smaller trailer is a lot more difficult than backing a long trailer. If you do not know that fact then I doubt your claim of being an O.T.R. driver is accurate. I have been driving them, Teaching others to drive them and fixing them since 1977. Stop laughing in your sleep.
