Some wires are messed up on the ignition so someone told me to jump the starter, how do I do that? Also could I just pull start the tractor?
Just hook your jumper cables to the battery on your mower, then to your vehicle and crank it up. Please remember…red on positive, black on negative.

It depends on how the wires are messed up on the unit and if the ignition uses a ground off condition or a circuit on condition. Until that is known, trying to pull start it is useless, as is trying to jump start it. You need to get a wiring diagram for that model and then to go through the wiring and make all needed repairs and replace all defective parts, then it can be started. I really think you need a professional small engine specialist to do the work.
