High Definition Snow Gas Compressor Engine

This is the 400 HP Snow as seen running at the Florida Flywheelers Swap Meet on Friday, January 16, 2009.

It was built by the F.S.Snow Engine Company of Buffalo, NY in 1914. It is a double acting in-line 2 cylinder 4 stroke engine with a 20 inch bore and 36 inch stroke. That is over 45,000 cubic inches displacement and it runs at 120 r.p.m. The flywheel is 12 feet in diameter, weighing 12 tons. Cooling water is circulated through the connecting rod to the pistons and the valves are also water cooled. This engine was used to pump natural gas from wells to suppliers.

#25 Dodge Daytona 120 VOLTS EV Conversion 1986 Electric Car Beat Gas Prices

This is also from March 7, I drove the car on 120 volts, but I don’t think the controller is big enough (the car now goes about 45mph, 75kmh). I’ll probably be updating to a Kelly KDH12600B or KDH12800B High Power Controller.

Rube Goldberg – “Soda Disposer”

Because my previous Rube Goldberg, the “Soda Machine”, has increased pollution around gm_construct, the government of.. Gmodland has ordered me to find a solution for all the soda cans that come out of the machine.
My solution: This easy to use Soda Disposer! Simply put the soda can into the hole and it will be disposed of. Fully automatical!

After almost exactly a year (Tomorrow would be), this is my second Rube Goldberg. After a gamemode breakdown pretty close before I was done, it rarely worked, so I had to fix a lot of things. But still, it doesn’t work often enough, so I’m probably not uploading the save.

Made in Garry’s Mod, recorded using Source Recorder’s Demo Smoother, edited using WMM & Sony Vegas.

Exciting twilight steam traction engine dyno run. WMSTR’s Rumely 2-cylinder steam tractor on the Prony Brake at the WMSTR show in Rollag, Minnesota USA. The announcer is reading the scale on the brake. After doing the math, the result was about 130 HP (97 kW) and 3400 ft-lbs (4610 Nm) of torque.
