There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet.

How much does it typically cost to change the tire onto a new rim?

Posted by: admin | Posted in: Uncategorized

I need to get the tire changed to a different rim (old one is bent). I bought the rim online and now need to change the tire onto the new rim.

at my shop its 5 per move, so if you were to have a tire dismounted remounted and then balanced it would be $15 some shops are a little more some are a little less but shouldnt cost over $20 for one tire

Most places charge a nominal fee of $10.00 – $20.00!! Your best bet is to take it to a local gas station with a service bay and they will be able to assist you.

$10 to $25. My daughter is cute and the tire store did it for free. If you try one of the national tire stores (NTB, Discount Tires, America's Tires) you might get it done for free if they aren't busy. Just look around like you are interested in new tires!

What you are asking for is the "mount and balance" price. . The best thing to do is call around. It can cost $5-$10, or even more if you go to a rip off place.

So, your best bet is to call around and get an estimate. If you are going to put the wheel on the car by yourself, tell them you will just be bringing a wheel and tire and need the tire mounted on the wheel and balanced. Do not pay over $10. We used to do them for $5 a piece just a couple of years ago, now we do them for $6 – $7. It's really easy if you have the machines.
